What is a Player-Led Team?

In player-led teams leadership comes from everywhere and anywhere on the team, not just from the de facto leader that is accountable for and responsible for results. Player-led teams don't assume the leader is the only one who is suited to lead, but different players lead in different areas based on their strengths and expertise.
